alberto gonzalez, leed ap, president

our president Albert brings passion, energy and enthusiasm that is highly contagious. His earnest desire to teach both young and old has gained him a reputation of being a sought out mentor and respected educator.

His expertise includes: architectural design, computer drafting and education. Projects include: commercial, retail, mixed-use, single family residential, multi-family housing, high-rise residential and numerous sustainable residential projects. Albert holds a LEED AP credential from the United States Green Building Council and has participated and won numerous "Green" competitions.

diana gonzalez, Director of Operations

our office manager Diana keeps the engine running. She has over 20 years experience in the front office from crunching numbers to assisting CEO's. She is the heart of algo architecture and a vital member to its sanity. 

Diana has a diverse background ranging from Office Management to Culinarian to Certified Personal Fitness Instructor with specialties in weight management. She feeds us, she keeps us in check and makes sure we all get paid. 

Suzel Monge, Director of Marketing

Suzel is just truly amazing. She has the gift of gab and knows how to use it. Convincing is her gift. She digs her nails deep into every product and eventually knows more about it than anyone. She stays up-to-date with the industry and takes very good care of all our clients.

If I had to chose a person to be like a sister, I would definitely choose her. Aside from bringing in work and selling properties, she makes a mean breakfast. We love her.

Andrew Gershon, ra, leed ap

a Licensed Architect and a passionate advocate of design-build with a focus on commercial projects. A very dedicated project manager with formal and professional experience in both architectural and construction industries, as well as a competitive and value-add construction manager.

Andrew is also a dedicated philanthropist.  A standing board member for Healsci Inc. a nonprofit organization that offers tutoring and mentoring services to the at-risk population.
